Refunds

In order to make shopping with us truly risk-free, we follow the Money back guarantee principle " ". Of course we understand that you do not have the opportunity to look at the product before purchase. It could be that you were misinformed and have ordered a product that you absolutely will not use.

If after receiving the shipment you are sure, for whatever reason, that the product is not right for you, you can return it without saying why and your money will be immediately returned in cash, by bank transfer or postal order.

The refund terms are:

• The product must be entirely intact, in the original undamaged packaging, well packed, ready for resale
• The customer must send the item back within 14 days of receipt
• A copy of the payment order must be included in the returned shipment
• The refund includes money for the product, not for postage and handling.
• Goods sent back COD will not be accepted
