Terms
Concluding a contract
Individual transactions are concluded on the basis of customer orders made through an online shop. The preparation of a binding order can be preceded by an offer from the supplier based on the customer’s request. Unless agreed otherwise, these terms apply to a contractual relationship between the supplier and purchaser.
Order
A binding order must contain the following information:
- Name and last name of the customer, residence (or a different delivery address), telephone contact and an electronic address
- A clearly identified item to purchase and the amount
- If the order contains incomplete information it may be rejected or cancelled, only by the supplier.
Order confirmation
After the order is received, the supplier will send the customer a confirmation of the order by electronic mail. The supplier is required to send the order confirmation to the customer in the shortest possible time, no later than three working days after the order is received. Before the order is confirmed, any incomplete information may need to be clarified and the status of available stock from the supplier taken into account. After the order has been confirmed, it is considered binding on the customer and both parties are obliged to respect this fact.
Order cancellation
After the supplier confirms the order, any change in the order or cancelling it must be discussed directly with the supplier. If the customer does not accept the ordered goods (without warning the supplier in advance), the supplier reserves the right to bill the customer a cancellation fee, which consists of the costs incurred by the supplier.
Delivery period
The supplier is obliged to send the customer the ordered goods in the shortest time possible. It usually takes 1-5 working days to fill the order from the supplier’s stock in the storage facility. If the supplier cannot fill the customer’s order from stock, then the supplier must inform the customer of this and provide an expected date for filling the order. In this situation, the order is usually filled within 4 weeks, sometimes longer in exceptional cases.
Shipping the order
The supplier is obliged to send the shipment by the means agreed to with the customer. The customer will pay shipping costs of CZK 90.
Payment conditions
COD is normally used as the payment method for a standard order sent by the supplier, or cash when handed over as the case may be.
Warranty
The warranty for the entire range is 24 months.
Complaints
Complaints are resolved by exchange or mutual agreement individually. The customer can, for whatever reason, terminate the purchase contract and return the intact goods to the supplier’s address. The consumer has the right under paragraph 6 of an amendment to the Civil Code, no. 367/2000, to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after accepting the goods. If he decides to do so, the goods must be undamaged, be without any signs of use or wear, in the original intact packaging, and sent back within the stipulated period (determined by the date it was sent). Prior to sending it to our address, we ask for a formal withdrawal from the purchase contract to be sent (by e-mail) with the number of the order. We also ask for any reason for this decision (not required by law or by the conditions stipulated by us for a refund) - it will help us improve our service. After the returned goods have been received, the money will be refunded, with the exception of shipping costs, to the buyer’s address or by transfer to the buyer’s account no later than 14 working days after receiving a signed credit note, which will be sent to the buyer’s address immediately after the goods have been physically received and checked. No goods may be sent back COD and any such package will be immediately rejected and returned to the sender.
The consumer can not withdraw from the purchase contract in accordance with paragraph 7 of an amendment to the Civil Code, no. 367/2000:
- for providing services that were discharged with his agreement prior to the lapse of 14 days since accepting the services
- for goods or services, the value of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market, independent of the supplier
- for goods modified in accordance with the wishes of the consumer or for his person; this also applies to goods that are subject to rapid deterioration, wear or obsolescence
- for audio and video recordings and computer programs if the consumer damages the original packaging
- for newspapers, journals and magazines
- consisting of games or lotteries
